Cochran, III, Assistant Vice President, Assistant Counsel, and Assistant Secretary, has been promoted to Vice President. J. A. Clymer, Transit Coordinator, has been elected to the official position of Operations Officer. Richard D. Ingram, Assistant Vice President, has been elected Assistant Vice President and Assistant Secretary. Also, I am pleased to announce the following change in the official staff at the Head Office, effective February 1, 1973: C. J.
