CIRCULAR NO. 22") FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK NEW YORK, November 24, 1019 NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTORS To ALL MEMBER BANKS IN THE SECOND FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT, DEAR SIRS: In accordance with our Circular No. 220 issued November 6,1919, there has been prepared for the information of member banks the following list of candidates who have been nominated by the member banks in Group 1 in this district for Class A and Class B directors, showing also the banks which nominated them. Every bank in Group 1 is urged to participate in this election. A form of preferential ballot will be mailed to each such bank on December 1 and in order to be counted, the signed ballot must be returned within fifteen days after receipt.
