be on A p r i l 10. For t h i s reason i t i s estimated t h a t i n comparison with l a s t year an allowance should be made f o r an increase i n s a l e s
of about 1| per cent f o r the month of March as a whole and a corresponding decrease f o r the month of April a s a whole. These allowances
apply t o the f i g u r e s f o r t h e United S t a t e s .
