During March and A p r i l changes from a year ago r e f l e c t i n p a r t the f a c t t h a t l a s t year Easter was on A p r i l 18 while t h i s year i t w i l l be on A p r i l 10. For t h i s reason i t i s estimated t h a t i n comparison with l a s t year an allowance should be made f o r an increase i n s a l e s of about 1| per cent f o r the month of March as a whole and a corresponding decrease f o r the month of April a s a whole.
