Answers to a l l questions of general i n t e r e s t w i l l be aont simultaneously to a l l Federal reserve agents and each Federal reserve agent i s requested to s e e that copies of such rulings are furnished promptly to appropriate o f f i c i a l s of each s e c u r i t i e s exchange in his d i s t r i c t .
