Mr. Lynn P. Talley, of Dallas, Texas, has been
appointed by the Federal Reserve Board as Class "C" director
of the Federal Reserve Eank of Dallas, to fill the vacancy
on the board of directors of that Bank which has existed since
expiration of the term of
