STATEMENT FOR THE PRESS

For immediate release

April 6, 1258.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System today announced the appointment of Mr. Marion B.
Folsom, Treasurer of the Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester,
New York, as a director of the Buffalo Branch of the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York for the unexpired portion of the term ending December 31, 1933.
