STATEMENT FOR THE PRESS

For immediate release

February 8, 1939

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System today announced the appointment of James- Odom,
Contractor, Austin, Texas, as a director of the San
Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
for the unexpired portion of the term ending December
31, 1941.
