Dear Sir:
The .Board has revised the Manual issued
by it in October, 1919, outlining briefly the plan
of operating the Federal Reserve Main Line Leased
Telegraph Wires, and there have been sent you today,
under separate cover, a number of copies of the
Manual as revised for the guidance of the officers
and employees of your .Bank.
