Dear S i r : In response to frequent suggestions f o r the r e l e a s e of monthly r e p o r t s of business conditions to member banks and l o c a l newspapers a t an e a r l i e r date than the f i r s t of the month, you are advised t h a t h e r e a f t e r such r e p o r t s w i l l be issued as "Report of Federal Reserve Agent" and not as h e r e t o f o r e "Report to the Federal Reserve Board", and may be r e l e a s e d on or a f t e r the 35th of each month.
