FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD WASHINGTON ADDRESS OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD X-9372 November 26, 1955. Subject: Regulation D - Reserves of Member Banks. Dear Sir: There are inclosed three mimeographed copies of a revision of Regulation D relating to "Reserves of Member Banks" in the form adopted by the Board on November 26, 1935. The regulation as so revised is effective on January 1, 1956, In order to expedite the distribution of the regulation you are requested to have copies printed and to forward one or more copies to each member bank in your district as soon as possible. The "X" number appearing on the inclosed copies of the regulation should, of course, be omitted. An official print of the regulation will be prepared by the Board and you are requested to advise the Board at your early convenience as to the number of copies of such print which you desire.
