Dear S i r : There have been forwarded to yon today under s e p a r a t e cover copies of Form 107 to be used by S t a t e bank members in submitting t h e i r r e p o r t s of earnings and dividends f o r the s i x months ending June 30, 1933. I t i s requested t h a t r e p o r t s on t h i s form be obtained not only from S t a t e bank members licensed by the Secretary of the Treasury to conduct normal banking operations but a l s o from those which, a l t h o u g h not so l i c e n s e d , have not been f o r m a l l y placed i n l i q u i d a t i o n or receivership.
