Dear S i r : Please change the inter-district time schedule to show from New Orleans to Houston two days. The time from Houston to New Orleans will remain at one day. This change i s made with the agreement of the Federal ,Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the Federal tieserve Bank of Dallas, and i s due to changes in mail time between the two points and the time of clearing at Houston.
