I know that considerable work has been done in your district with reference to the trade acceptance, and should be very much obliged if you would send us a complete set of all matter issued by your bank on the subject, and also any other material, or copies of correspondence showing the position of business men and bankers on the subject, that you feel at liberty to transmit for the information of the Board* > W.
