SUBJECT:

Payment of Dividends on *
June 30, 1927.

Dear Sir:
In submitting the usual semi-annual resolution
of your "board of directors with reference to the payment
of the June 30 dividend, kindly furnish the Board with
statements showing the following information as of May 31
for (l) failed hanks, and (2) member "banks considered to
"be in a seriously overextended condition:
Name and location of "bank.
Unpaid indebtedness to Federal reserve bank.
Character of security, if any.
Estimated los's to Federal reserve bank.
