In c o n t i n u a t i o n of the p r a c t i c e f o l l o w e d f o r
the p a s t two y e a r s , w i l l you k i n d l y f u r n i s h the Board
with a s t a t e m e n t l i s t i n g a l l of the "banks which were
borrowing c o n t i n u o u s l y from your bank d u r i n g 1927,
showing t h e i r c a p i t a l and s u r p l u s , borrowings, and
d e p o s i t s , i n accordance r i t h the a t t a c h e d form.
Will you a l s o accompany your r e p o r t with a
g e n e r a l statement r e g a r d i n g continuous borrowings of
t h o s e banks, i f any, which a r e n o t e x p e c t e d to l i q u i d a t e t h e i r i n d e b t e d n e s s during 1928 though not cons i d e r e d to be in an u n s a f e or overextended c o n d i t i o n .
