C o n d i t i o n r e p o r t s of S t a t e b a n k

and Trust company members, form 105.

Dear S i r :
There are being forwarded to you today under separate
cover
copies of form 105 revised as of March 4, 1924,
Please mail three copies of the form to each State Bank and
Trust company member in your d i s t r i c t for i t s own use and, i n
addition, three copies for each of i t s branches ( i f ary) not
located within the c i t y in which the head o f f i c e i s located
or within c i t i e s and towns adjacent thereto with instructions
to hold the blank forms pending receipt of a c a l l for cond i t i o n reports.

Upon receipt of notice from the Board of the c a l l
f o r condition reports, kindly n o t i f y the banks thereof by
mail i f they are located within two days' time from the Federal reserve bank, or by telegram i f not within two days'
time by mail, and request them to f i l l out the reports and
mail them to you promptly - i n no case l a t e r than 10 days
a f t e r receipt of the c a l l .
In order that the compilation of the Board's abstract
showing the condition of a l l s t a t e bank and t r u s t company
members combined as of the date of the next c a l l may not be
tnduly delayed, i t i s requested that the reports be forwarded
to the Board as soon as practicable a f t e r they are received
by the Federal reserve bank. If i t i s necessary to communicate with a bank regarding apparent errors i n i t s report, a
note to that e f f e c t should be made on the report i t s e l f bef o r e i t i s mailed to the Board, and the Board should be
advised of the necessary corrections when the desired informat i o n i s received from the member bank.
