I t w i l l he a p p r e c i a t e d i f you w i l l k i n d l y check t h e d a t a p e r t a i n i n g t o your d i s t r i c t a g a i n s t your r e c o r d s and a d v i s e t h e Board a s soon a s p r a c t i c a b l e whether or not any c o r r e c t i o n s or additions are necessary t h e r e i n .
