1929 Budget for S t a t i s t i c a l and
Analytical Work.

Dear Sir:
In continuation of the p o l i c y adopted i n 1925, i t
w i l l be appreciated i f you w i l l kindly prepare and submit to
the Board f o r approval a budget of expenditures covering work
in the S t a t i s t i c a l and Analytical function of your bank (including branches, i f any), to be carried on during the year
1929. The budget should be submitted in accordance with the
attached form which corresponds with the functional expense
report, form E, and which provides for showing in p a r a l l e l
columns the budget approved for and amounts actually expended
during 1928 and the proposed budget f o r the calendar year
1929. The proposed salary payments as shown in the budget
for 1929 should be based on the salary recommendations made
for next year and, i f practicable, the budget should accompany
the schedule of o f f i c i a l s a l a r i e s to be submitted to the Board
for i t s approval.
