In order that the Board may be kept informed as
to the status of member banks and their stock

holdin~s~

you please advise us, as soon as the information is available -




When a State member institution

1.

(a) has been closed by the State
banking department.~
(b) has been placed in the h:i.nds
of a receiver, or
(c) has gone into volunt:i.ry liquida ..

tion.
2.

When a new national bank makes payment on its
original stock.

3*

When the stock of consolidating member banks has
been transferred to the consolidated bank.

4.

When refund has been made to any bank on account
of stock 1 because of discon~inuance of membership.

5. When the Stock of a State member institution which
has been converted into a national bank has been

transferred to the national bank.
