Government o b l i g a t i o n s , i n s t e a d of paper secured by U. S. wax o b l i g a t i o n s as shown on the p r e s e n t e d i t i o n of the form* Corresponding changes have been made i n the d e t a i l e d c l a s s i f i c a t i o n appearing on the r e v e r s e side of the form* Several of the code words shown i n the "Uncollected Items" block of the p r e s e n t form having been eliminated, the SETL telegram sent to the Board on Saturday morning should show the necessary change i n u n c o l l e c t e d items a g a i n s t code item BUDA* Other changes r e s u l t i n g from the settlement through the gold fund should be r e p o r t e d against code items BABE, TEND, TEAM, TOTE, CURL and TRAP. Beginning with January 1 dividends are to be accrued d a i l y and the gross amount r e p o r t e d , i n the space provided t h e r e f o r , as a deduction from current n e t earnings i n order to . a r r i v e a t the n e t amount of earnings a v a i l a b l e f o r surplus and f r a n c h i s e t a x .
