Dear Sir: It will be appreciated if reports of examinations of State member banks made by your examiners and the analyses thereof, with the recommendation as to what action, if any, should be taken by the Board of Governors on the basis of the condition of the bank as reflected in the report of examination, are forwarded to the Board as soon as they are available.
