BOARD OF GOVERNORS 44 OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM WASHINGTON ADDRESS OFFICIAL C O R R E S P O N D E N C E TO THE BOARD R-286 August 5, 1958. Dear Sir: The revision of the form of report of examination which has been under consideration, as you know, for some time, has been completed. Changes in certain schedules in order to conform to the recent agreement regarding examination procedure have been incorporated in the revised form. In the interest of uniformity throughout the System and to reduce the cost of supplies, it has been decided to have the forms printed in Washington and distributed to the Reserve banks. It is expected that the supplies will be in your hands before the end of the month, and it is contemplated that the new form will be used beginning September 1. Very truly yours, Leo H.
