Several changes have been made by the Board, baaed generally upon agreement between t h e two Federal Reserve Banks concerned i n each change, aid the Schedule, a s amended to d a t e , appears on page 987 of t h e September B u l l e t i n , At the Conference of Governors held October 14 and 1$, 1920, the program contained the t o p i c "Relation of the Board 1 s I n t e r - . d i s t r i c t Schedule t o the I n t r a - d i s t r i c t Schedules" and the Committee appointed t o consider t h i s t o p i c reported t h a t "each Federal Reserve Bank should correct i t s schedule t o i t s member banks a s soon a s p o s s i b l e " r I t i s requested t h a t a l l Federal Reserve Banks, between now and January 1, 1921, give c a r e f u l a t t e n t i o n t o t h e Board*s I n t e r - d i s t r i c t Schedule with a view t o c o r r e c t i n g any e r r o r s which may occur t h e r e i n . I t i s most important t h a t a l l e r r o r s should be promptly eliminated, i n asmuch a s , upon the date i n d i c a t e d above* the Board w i l l r e q u i r e a l l Federal Reserve Ban^a t o extend t o t h e i r member banks, through t h e i r r e s p e c t i v e I n t r a - d i s t r i c t Schedules, the t r a n s i t and c o l l e c t i o n time s e t f o r t h i n the o f f i c i a l t n t e r - r d i s t r i c t schedule. No change i n the 2nter-*district schedule w i l l be considered u n l e s s the change accords with the a c t i a l time t a k e n t o c o l l e c t , and a l l proposed changes shottld be submitted f o r approval only a l t e r an agreement has been reached by t h e two Federal Reserve Banks concerned.
