Supplementing my letter of May 6th,
I am sending you herewith a copy of my state­
ment before the Senate Banking and Currency
Committee in hearings on the Banking Bill of
1935.
It occurred to me that you might wish

to consider along with the summary of my
statements before the House Banking and Cur­
rency Committee which I recently sent you.
