Gentlemen: •s k A > You are advised that i n compliance with t h e provision of Section 21 of t h e Federal Reserve Act that "The Federal Reserve Board s h a l l , a t l e a s t once each year, order an examination of each Federal reserve tank * * *", the Federal Reserve Board has ordered i t s Chief Examiner, through i t s Division of Examination, to make an examination of each Federal reserve "bank a t l e a s t once during the calendar year. In accordance with t h i s a c t i o n , the Board has directed Mr. J . F. Herson, i t s Chief Examiner, to make a t l e a s t one examination of the Federal Reserve Bank of during the year 198 6. The Board has also empowered i t s Chief Examiner to s e l e c t the dates on which a l l examinations w i l l be began.
