I t w i l l be noted t h a t t h i s form, which should be used i n submitting r e p o r t s b e ginning with the month of May, 1933ยป c a l l s f o r information as to the amount of gold c e r t i f i c a t e s , by denominations, on hand a t the end of the r e p o r t month i n a d d i t i o n to the d a t a h e r e t o f o r e f u r n i s h e d i n r e g a r d to Federal r e s e r v e n o t e s . For the Board's r e c o r d s i t i s r e q u e s t e d t h a t a statement be submitted showing the amount of gold c e r t i f i c a t e s , by denominations, on hand on the l a s t day of the month from January to A p r i l , 1933* inclusive.
