In reviewin£: the vouchers for this purpose, the following points were noted: 1. The Treasury Department ha. s a.dvi sed one Reserve Bank that san,ples of printed forms and circulars supportint: charges for printin[ and stationery Imy be omitted until further notice. It was suggested, however, that sample copies of printing and stationery either furnished by the Reserve Bank or purchased, charges for which a. re included in monthly clairr.s for reimburseroont, be retained in the Bank's files for one year in order that copies r.ay be forwarded if reouired. 2.
