In compiling monthly f i g u r e s of d e b i t s to i n d i v i d u a l accounts f r o c
weekly r e p o r t s received i n 1928, i t i s proposed, as i n the p a s t t h r e e y e a r s ,
to p r o r a t e the f i g u r e s f o r each c i t y f o r those weeks which do not f a l l
e n t i r e l y within a given month, on the "basis of a c t u a l "business days. By
reference to data a v a i l a b l e a t the Board*s o f f i c e s we f i n d t h a t the r e p o r t
weeks in 1928 which begin in one month and end in a n o t h e r , i . e . , the r e p o r t
weeks f o r which the f i g u r e s must be p r o r a t e d between two months, contain
