We have now received from Mr. May's office a report showing "Major Defense Contracts Awarded by War and Navy Departments between June 1 and November 30, 19I4.O, listed by Federal Reserve District". Five copies of this report are being forwarded to the field representative at your head office and two copies to each of your branches, if any* We expect to write you shortly in regard to the use that may be made of this report.
