No changes have been made on the f a c e of the form, although Section 52OU of the Revised S t a t u t e s , which r e l a t e s to bad d e b t s , has bean p r i n t e d on the reverse side. P l e a s e advise the banks t h a t the r e p o r t i s to cover the six-month p e r i o d ending December 31» 1919, i r r e s p e c t i v e of whether or not they may have closed t h e i r books on t h a t d a t e , or whether any dividends t h a t may have been d e c l a r e d cover that particular period.
