Reserve Act and Anandments is exhausted1 with the exception of a dozen
copies, a.nd the trenendoua congestion of war work a.t the Gove:rmr.ent Printing Offiee rrakes it very unlikely that a reprint <>f this book could be
obtained without a delay of seYeral months.
