SUBJECT: New Issues of Treasury Notes
and Treasury Bonds.

Dear Sir:
In connection with telegraphic transactions between
Federal reserve banks covering Government securities, the
following code words have been designated to cover new issues of Treasury Notes and Treasury Bonds:
"HOIEYRAX" 1 5/8# Treasury Notes, Series B-1935,
to be dated August 15, 1933, and due
August 1, 1935.
"NOWCEDED" 3 1/4$ Treasury Bonds of 1941, to be
dated August 15, 1933, and due August 1,
1941.
These code words should be inserted in the Federal
Reserve Telegraphic Code book, on page 172.
