Hew Issue of Treasury Bonds.

Dear Sir;
In connection with telegraphic transactions "between Federal reserve banks covering Government securities, the following code word has been designated to
cover a new issue of Treasury Bonds:
"HOWCEE" - 3 T r e a s u r y Bonds of 1944-46, dated
April 16, 1934, due April 15, 1946.
This code word should be inserted in the Federal
Reserve Telegraphic Code book following the supplemental
code word "HOWCEDILLA" on page 172.
