In connection with t e l e g r a p h i c t r a n s a c t i o n s i n
Government s e c u r i t i e s between Federal r e s e r v e banks,
t h e code word "NOXDUTCH" has been designated t o cover
a new i s s u e of Treasury B i l l s , dated May 31, 1933, and
maturing August 30, 1933.
This word should- be i n s e r t e d i n t h e Federal
r e s e r v e t e l e g r a p h code book, following t h e supplemental
code word "NQXDUSK" on page 172.
