Dear Sir: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is advised that on Tuesday, November 1, the New Orleans branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta will be closed in observance of All Saints Day. Please include transit clearing credits of November 1 for the New Orleans branch with your credits of the following day. On Tuesday, November 8, General Election Day, there will be neither transit nor Federal Reserve note clearing through the Interdistrict Settlement Fund. The Board is advised, however, that the following Federal Reserve banks and branches will be open for business on that date: Boston Little Rock Louisville Cleveland (until 1 p.m.) Cinclnnati (until 1 p.m.) Omaha Atlanta Birmingham New Orleans Salt Lake City On Friday, November 11, Armistice Day, and Thursday, November 24, Thanksgiving Day, the offices of the Board of Governors and all Federal Reserve banks and branches will be closed.
