Dear Sir: On Monday, July 4, the offices of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and all Federal reserve banks and branches will be closed in observance of Independence Day. The Board has been advised that holidays also will be observed during July by the following offices: Tuesday, July 12 Oklahoma City Primary Election Day Wednesday, July 13 Nashville Memphis General Forrest's Birthday Saturday, July 23 Dallas El Paso Houston San Antonio First Primary Election Day Monday, July 25 In observance of Utah Pioneer Day, which falls on Sunday Salt Lake City On the dates given the offices mentioned will not participate in either the transit or the Federal reserve note clearing through the Interdistrict Settlement Fund.
