Dear Sir:
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is advised that, beginning Monday,
April 25, and ending Saturday, September 24, the
following Federal Reserve banks and branches will
operate under daylight saving time:
Boston

Pittsburgh

New York
Buffalo

Atlanta

Philadelphia

Chicago.
