Dear Sir: In connection with telegraphic transactions in Government securities between Federal reserve banks the code woz:d 11 :BESTOWED 11 has been designated to cover the new issue of Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness, Series TD2-1928, dated March 15, 1928, due December 15, 1928; and the code word 11 :BESTOWING11 has been designated to cover Series TM-19:39, dated March 15, 1928, due :WJ.arch 15, 1929.
