Code Word Covering New
Iss\>.e of Treasury Notes.

Dear Sir:
In connection with telegraphic transactions
between Federal reserve banks covering Government
securities, the following code word has been desig­
nated to cover a new issue of Treasury Notes.
"NOvVKIT" - 1 1/2% Treasury Notes, Series
B-1940, to be dated June 15, 1935
and to mature June 15, 1940.
This word should be inserted in the Federal
Reserve Telegraph Code book, on page 179..
