SUBJECT: Code word to cover telegraphic transactions in Treasury Bills. Dear Sir: In connection with telegraphic transactions in Government securities between Federal reserve banks, the code word "HOXGABOT" has been designated to cover a new issue of Treasury Bills, dated July 27, 1931, and maturing October 26, 1931.
