Dear Sir; In connection with telegraphic transactions in Government securities between Federal reserve banks, the code word "NOWHSXED" has been designated to cover the new issue of Treasury Cert i f i c a t e s of Indebtedness, Series TS-1930, dated December IS, 1529, due September 15, 1930.
