Dear Sir:
Upon agreement between the Federal reserve
banks involved, the Federal Reserve Board has approved
the following changes in the inter-district time schedule:
From Helen#, to St. Louis
From Helena to Los Angeles

From 4 days to 3 days.
From 4 days to 3 days.
