Dear Sir:
Reference is made to the Board's letter
of February 19, 1940, R-617, concerning holidays
during the month of March.

The Federal Reserve

Bank of San Francisco advises that the Governor
of Utah has proclaimed Monday, March 2.5, a legal
holiday in observance of Arbor Day and that the
Salt Lake City Branch will be closed.
