SUBJECT: Condition Reports of State
Bank Member's, Form 105*

Dear Sir:
There are "being forwarded to you today under
separate cover
copies of form 105- Kindly hold
the "blank forms at your bank u n t i l receipt of t e l e graphic notice from the Board, whereupon three copies
should be mailed to each state "bank and t r u s t company
member iTith the request that the forms be held pending
receipt of a c a l l f o r condition reports. I t i s suggested that in your l e t t e r transmitting the blanks
you c a l l the banks' attention to the instructions previously furnished governing the preparation of the
condition reports, so that if any bank has mislaid i t s
copy of the instructions another copy may bo promptly
furnished for i t s use. Upon receipt of notice from
the Board of the c a l l for condition reports, kindly
n o t i f y the banks thereof by mail and request them to
f i l l out the reports and mail them to you promptly
- in no case l a t e r than 10 days a f t e r receipt of the
call.
The reports should as usual be examined
and checked before being forwarded to the Board, in
accordance with the procedure previously outlined.
