Dear Sir: I t will bo appreciated if you will kindly prepare and submit to the Board for approval a budget of expenditures covering work in the S t a t i s t i c a l and Anal y t i c a l Function of your bank (including branches, if any), to be carried on during the year 1930. The budget which should reach the Board as soon as p r a c t i cable a f t e r January 1, should be submitted in accordance with the attached f orm which corresponds with the functional expense report., form E, and which provides for showing in p a r a l l e l columns the budget approved for and amounts actually expended during 1929 and the proposed budget f o r the calendar year 1930.
