Dear Sir: You were advised by the Federal Reserve B o a r d , in its t e l e g r a m of A p r i l 12, 1922, that the F e d e r a l Reserve B a n k of P h i l a d e l p h i a would operate on the daylight saving p l a n during the p e r i o d April 30th - September 30th (both dates inclusive). The B o a r d is n o w advised by the F e d e r a l Re* serve B a n k of Philadelphia that the daylight saving p e r i o d in that District will t e r m i n a t e on S e p t e m b e r 24th.
