The Board has been asked whetter an organize.tion which has registered 1.mder Regulation W,
and which moves its principal office from one Federal Reserve district to another, is required to
register again with the Federal Reserve Bank of the
district into lihich its principal o.ffice has been
moved.

It is not necessary for such an organization

to register again in these circumst3.nces.
