Dear Sir:
In view of the large volume and wide
distribution of excess reserves of member banks,
it will not be necessary for you until further
notice to prepare or submit to the Board the semiannual reports on form F.R, 409 (formerly B-5) of
deficiencies in reserves of member banks, These
reports were requested in the Board's letter B-875
of February 1, 1933.
