You will note that the last two paragraphs under "At' have been revised. Changes made are to conform with revised instructions of the Far:n Credit Administration, issued in its letter of November 6, 1955, to the F'edoral Reserve banks, regarding expenses of handling and shipping Federal laud bank and Federal farm loan bonds, and of the Treasury Department, to which ym.J.r attention was called in the Board's letter of .June 1, 1937 (S-l), regarding the cost of certain telegr8ms.
