F.R. 418, which have been revised in certain particulars
to conform with the revised pages of the Board's Manual of
Instructions Governing the Preparation of Earnings and Expense Reports and Profit and Loss Statements by the Federal
Reserve Banks, which were sent you in January 1940.,
Additional copies of these forms will be forwarded under separate cover. Please use the new forms beginning with statements submitted for the month of June.
